From building the country\u2019s first modern wheel loader, LiuGong has evolved to become one of the fastest-growing, global construction equipment companies and is now bringing its range of access equipment to Europe and North America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Howard Dale,&nbsp;General Manager&nbsp;of LiuGong Europe, commented, \u201cI am delighted to welcome Phil to the team.
