We have developed LiuGong’s Human Rights Policy on the basis of our commitment to respect and act in accordance with internationally recognize human rights and labour standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, the International labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, thee Organization for Economic Cooperation and Developmen’s Code of Conduct for Multinational Enterprises, and the laws and regulations of the places of business operation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This human rights policy demonstrates our commitment to respecting human rights throughout the entire value chain of our business operations, and i5 part of our mission to “TOUGH WORLD, TOUGH EQUIPMENT”. In this policy, we have listed the human rights issues that are of the greatest concern and have the most significant impact on business, we will demonstrate our respect for human rights in 14 key points: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
